These terms govern your use of cutonce.app and the CutOnce application, operated by Verik Labs LLC ("we," "us," "our").
Use of Service
CutOnce provides construction calculators for informational purposes. You may use CutOnce for personal and professional construction calculations.
Purchases, Free Trial, and Refunds
CutOnce includes a 7-day free trial that unlocks all advanced calculators. The feet-inch-fraction calculator is always free. When the trial ends, the advanced calculators are locked until you make a one-time in-app purchase to restore access.
Full Access is a one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription. The free trial does not convert into a paid subscription and will not bill you automatically; it simply ends. There are no recurring charges or auto-renewals.
Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store on iOS and Google Play on Android, under their respective terms and payment policies. Verik Labs LLC does not receive, store, or process your payment details. On iOS, Full Access is eligible for Apple Family Sharing.
If you reinstall CutOnce or install it on a new device, sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account and tap Restore Purchase on the upgrade screen to re-enable Full Access at no additional cost.
Refund requests must be made directly to Apple (via reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play, and are subject to their refund policies. Verik Labs LLC cannot process refunds for in-app purchases.
Prices and product availability may change. The price shown to you at checkout on the App Store or Google Play is authoritative.
Accuracy Disclaimer
CutOnce calculations are provided as estimates and references. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for verifying all calculations before purchasing materials or making cuts. We are not liable for errors in calculations or any resulting material waste, project delays, or construction defects.
Always verify critical measurements independently. CutOnce is a calculator, not a substitute for professional judgment.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code on cutonce.app is owned by Verik Labs LLC. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.
Limitation of Liability
CutOnce is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Verik Labs LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of the application, including but not limited to material waste, construction errors, or project delays.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of CutOnce after changes constitutes acceptance.
